One user cannot see the info within Summary sub-tab of a custom object, as it is displayed blank

Symptoms

On :  11.12.1.0.0 version, Sales, Sales Catalog

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
A specific user is not able to see the info within the 'Summary' sub-tab of a custom object. The info from all other sub-tabs of same custom object can be seen by same user.

All the other users are able to see all the info from each sub-tab of the custom object.

 

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user should be able to see information in the custom object Summary screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as affected user -> Navigate to SUI -> Cases;
2. Search and select a Case record;
3. Case record summary screen is blank.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this user cannot see the information from the Summary page of custom object, no matter what record from the custom object is opened.
