Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Currently attributes from person and employment areas are parameters that would select the set of persons to be processed. Parameters related to life events, status etc along with the from/to dates etc will then be applied on this set of persons to perform purge activities. As a result you are unable to successfully determine from the process results which employee had life events purged/backed out.

Desire is to report on both the output and process results which employee's had life events purged/backed-out including the date of the life event and the life event reason.

As currently there is no means of knowing how many and which records have been updated by the process. At the moment knowing this functionality acts as it does, we would have to create our own BI report to check data before and after the data has been updated via the process so that we can determine all expected records have been changed.
