Fusion Compensation: BPM-30103: Ruleset Didn't Return Any Results

Symptoms

BPM-30103: Ruleset didn't return any results

The activity needs to be done right away for the new employee being hired is Starting tomorrow.

We have a new Legal Entity in Vienna and we have created it using our US Setup.

We have been successful in Hiring a person under the new Legal Entity with out errors.

We have setup all the Elements and the formulas needed . For the Sign On Bonus Element but when we award compensation Sign On Bonus for a person hired under this Legal entity we get an error in BPM. Need some guidance to troubleshoot this.. The error is below.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as HRIS admin which does not have Approval needed.
2. Look up Employee in question via person management
3. A ward compensation from task menu manage compensation
4. Select Sign On Bonus and then enter amount and save and Submit.
5. At this point in BPM we have the error noted in the SR.
