Symptoms
On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Manage Expenses
When attempting to load XML
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table DPLI_XML_TAB.
ORA-64464: XML event error
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
In line 1363 of orastream:
LPX-00242: invalid use of ampersand ('&') character (use &)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Customer exports the ExpenseReport XML from the Fusion expense Cloud
using the UCM File Import and Export feature (FinExmExportERToAPJob)
2) Process the file from the Fusion expense Cloud into EBS AP Interface using SQL loader
3) Then import the data as an AP Invoice
