DB Monitor & Apex Page Not Opening After Cloud Tooling Upgrade

Customer mentioned that they are re unable to access their DB monitor page as well as Apex page in DBaaS environment.
The same was working earlier.
They were getting "Page Can't be found" message
Customer upgraded from "dbaastools-1.0-1+220.127.116.11.0_160707.2030.x86_64" to "dbaastools-1.0-1+18.104.22.168.0_170510.1115.x86_64".
They have tried to restart ORDS, but no change happened.
Also checked whether if server ip tables are blocking the ports and no issues found.
