Ledger Id = 300000001271002 , Application id = 222
Close Mode = W , Period Name = May-17
Previous Status = O

You must run revenue recognition before you can close this period.

Launching the diagnostic reports for Transactions with rules on which revenue recognition is not run
Customer Trx Id = 31082 , Transaction Number = 17709 ,Request Id = 85834

Expecting to be able to close period

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Receivables Balances > Close Period
3. Review the process and observed the error described appears
