When attempting to install the application,
the following error occurs.

Application experienced technical difficulties. Please check your user info and try again.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. start installation process
2. after adding credentials error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot install product.
