OSC For Outlook Disable Scheduled Synchronization (Doc ID 2280397.1)

Goal

Why is the OSCO scheduled synchronization disabled and notification message is displayed?


Microsoft Outlook has triggered OST data file re-synchronization. To prevent possible data loss, OSCO schedules synchronization functionality has been temporary disabled while Microsoft Outlook synchronizes with Microsoft Exchange server.
After the synchronization with Microsoft Exchange server finishes, please go to OSC plugin Option>Synchronization to restore your schedules synchronization settings.
