Fusion Global HR: Multiple Notifications for ESS Changes (Doc ID 2280628.1)

After the R12 Upgrade in Stage, an HR user received multiple notifications for two different approval transactions for the same employee. The Change Personal Information approval was used.

One notification should be sent per transaction.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Employee navigated to About Me> Personal Information> Edit and added a phone number

2. HR Approved the notification

3. Employee navigated to About Me> Personal Information> Edit and changed the address

4. HR Approved the notification. HR received multiple email notifications
