Using Oracle's ServiceRequests API the plan is to get all the cases created on Oracle OnDemand CRM tool using :
When tried this request receiving an error mentioned below:
"detail": "Your request has timed out. To optimize your request, refer to the Optimizing Performance page on the Training and Support Center website.(SBL-DBC-00112)",
1) What are the possible ways to optimize the ServiceRequests request?
2) Is it possible to filter the ServiceRequests request via start and end date in URLs? for eg. If we need all the cases created from 2017-01-01 till 2017-01-31.
3) Are there any restrictions on the number of records which we can pull in one request?
