Leads Converted Are Not Able To Run Territory Assignment (Doc ID 2280652.1)

On : Rel 12, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


Customer need to run territory assignment for leads, both when the leads before and after conversion to Opportunity. The leads before converted can run Lead Assignment, the Leads after converted cannot. The Run Assignment is gray out.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The converted Leads should be able to run territory assignment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Create a new Lead
2)Populate the Name, and other required fields
3)Save and Continue
4)Click on Action > Run Assignment
- cannot Run Assignment, it is grayed out

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run territory assignment for converted Leads
