Symptoms

Notes Subtab is not visible in Service Request Object


1. Log into Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Service
3. Click Service Request
4. Drill down an Service Request
5. On the left side, there is Notes tab
6. But Accounts or Contacts are drill down, we can see Notes tab on the left side of the menu
