Symptoms

On cadz: 11.1.11.1.0 version, Email notification

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email notification from workflow not received by few contacts in the distribution list. Last 3 contacts in the "CC" field do not recieve notifications

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All contacts should receive notification

STEPS
-----------------------

1) Login into OSC
2) Go to workflows for opportunities
3) Set up email notification on opportunity close
4) Add more than 20 email addresses in the "To" and "CC" list


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Opportunity closure is not being notified.
