R12 Security: Scheduled Process 'Import User Login History' Erroring Out

 When attempting to run the Import User Login History report job, the process ends with error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to fusion application
2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Processes -> Schedule New Process
3. Search and submit Import User Login History the process will end as Error
