Not Able To See Custom Fields For Sales Leads Or Opportunities Object

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns
The customer is not seeing custom fields from Sales Leads and Opportunities objects when creating import mappings or defining some tasks fields.
No are no errors shown
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance
2. Search for Manage File Import Mappings task and go to it
3. Create a new File Import Mappings for the Lead object
4. None of the custom fields the customer has created appear on the list
