Symptoms

On any Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment

Expected Result: Users should be able to login without incident.

Actual Result: The following is being returned when users try to login: "Error: Unable to load /bluedoor/login/req status:0" or the "Oracle Cloud for Industry Error"
