The unnecessary widget is being referenced and script error being thrown in the preview.

Tried to export and import the same zip file into the test environment had resulted in the loss of usage of the preview service throwing a script error for a js file which was never created in a widget which was never used.

The unnecessary widget shouldn't refer when script error being thrown in the preview.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Export the widgets
2) Try to import using the zip file created
3) Hit Preview after a successful import.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import or export properly

When tried to use global widget "XXXGlobalRequest" to introduce common/library code for own widgets, but this is not a recommend approach
