Symptoms

Deal Registration cannot find approver after submit to approve.

The environment was upgraded to R12 yesterday, after that Deal Registration cannot find approver after submit to approve.

Checked Manage Sales Lead Profile Option in settings and maintenance, all settings and rules are normal.
