Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Enrichment of Accounts in Canada and Mexico failing with an error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Mexico: The value of IssuingAuthorityPartyId is. You must enter an appropriate value for Issuing Authority Name. (HZ-120139)
Canada: Enrichment for the record has failed,

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account in Mexico
4. Click Actions > Enrich Account
5. Error "The value of IssuingAuthorityPartyId is . You must enter an appropriate value for Issuing Authority Name. (HZ-120139)"

1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account in Canada
4. Click Actions > Enrich Account
5. Error "Enrichment f the record has failed"

Due to this issue, users cannot enrich accounts in Mexico and Canada.
