Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to search an opportunity owner by email address, no results are returned

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with the email address specified in the search criteria should be returned

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open an opportunity
2.Click on owner and search
3.Add email address in criteria and click search

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find employees to use as owner of opportunity
