Project ID is not included in Email message when using Unifier uMail to sending externally (Doc ID 2282277.1)

Symptoms

When users send email messages from the Unifier uMail tool to external users, the email address from Uniifer does not include the Project ID information.

NOTE: When sending an email using the Project Details window, the email does contain the Project ID information.


Steps to send an email from the uMail tool:

  1. Login to Unifier with a user who has access to the uMail / Mailbox nodes.
  2. Open any Project/Shell (User Mode)
  3. uMail > Inbox
  4. Click New
  5. Fill in required fields to send email to an external user
  6. The email received by the external user does not contain Project ID information.

Steps to reproduce the email sent from the Project Details window:

  1. Open any Project/Shell > Go to Project Detail
  2. Switch to Options tab
  3. Click Send Email button to send email to external users
  4. Fill in required field and Click Send
  5. The email received by the external user does not contain Project ID information.

Due to this issue, users cannot reply directly to an email that was send from the uMail box.
