Symptoms

Blank Screen while Creating Opportunity

Not able to create opportunities in the test environment, following a P2T transfer.
This is happening for all Users in Test environment, they are seeing a blank screen after clicking on Create Button in Opportunities.
Same user with same roles is being able to create Opportunity in Production.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into OSC

2. go to Opportunities > Create Opportunity

3. blank screen appears


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot Create Opportunities.
