Symptoms

Blank Screen while Creating Opportunity.

Had P2T on 26th June, after that, not able to create opportunity in the test system.
Seeing Blank screen after clicking on Create Button in Opportunity.
This is happening for all Users in Test System.
Same user with same roles is being able to create Opportunity in Production.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sales > Opportunities > Create Opportunity



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot Create Opportunity
