Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When adding a new person, after Legal Employer it's completed,the First Name and Last Name fields are changing their places .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After Legal Employer it's completed,the First Name and Last Name fields should remain in the same position.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log in to the application
2.Navigator button-->My Workforce-->New Person-->Hire an Employee
3.Select a Legal Employer.
