On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, File Import/Export
Contract Import error with Project association and multiple tasks
ERROR
-----------------------
"You cannot associate this project and task to this contract line. (PJB-2190372) Details: A project and task in the same branch but at another level of the task hierarchy is already associated with a contract line. You must select a project and task from a different branch, or from the same level of the same branch of the task hierarchy.",
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new file import activity
2. Import fails with the mentioned error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot associate projects to contracts.
