OUTLOOK PB6 : Sales Manager and Sales Rep unable to sync after R12 PB6 (Doc ID 2282421.1)

Symptoms

After R12 PB6 is applied to the POD , all users with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives roles receive FC0109 error when syncing with Outlook .

In the General log , the below error is seen .

On the SUI users are also unable to access Opportunities and Activities
