Symptoms

E2B reports auto-scheduled by an Expedited Reporting Rule (ERR) which has the Auto Distribute Reports checked are getting scheduled, but not generated. The reports are getting flagged for generation by the service which makes it impossible for users to manually generate them.


Review of the Argus Safety Logs shows no errors. Their are no records in BATCH_GENERATION_QUEUE but each attempt to generate the auto-scheduled reports is apparent as a single row in PDP_QUEUE_E2B with a status of 4 => Complete.
