What number appears on the Agent's caller-ID? Can this number be configured?
Qn2:How can we identify with our TELCO provider the phone calls that are coming from the Click To Call functionality.
For example, about this text "The number displayed on the agent's caller-ID for Click-to-Call defaults to the end-user's number (phone number provided by the initiator of the Call request).", can you confirm if there is one number for all interfaces or if there is a specific number? Let's take the example of citroen-es-es click to call. As we do not configure the "Phone To Phone ANI Display", what is the phone number which is calling the call center please?
