Qn1:Is it possible to add a custom Sales Campaign Response action to convert the response into a Lead?
Qn2:Can some kind of trigger be used to automatically create lead or convert response after registering response?
For example, tests were done below on object Marketing Response
Trigger : After Changes Posted to Database
def LeadVo = newView('Lead')
def newLead = LeadVo.createRow()
newLead.setAttribute('Name', 'POC Lead')
message = e.getMessage()
This trigger works fine when marketing response is created manually but when is created through email response action it is not invoking.
Response created automatically is created by FUSION_APPS_CRM_ESD_APPID Email Sending Daemon Application Identity (CRM).
Is there any possibility to invoke trigger on records created by system (not named users) ?
It is look like the triggers are not run on application ID (APPID). Maybe there is any profile option to "switch on" custom triggers for modifications making by application ?
