On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Human Resources
Unable to term an employee, error message attached.
ERROR

You must designate one of the existing secondary work relationships as primary before terminating the primary work relationship. (PER-1531252)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator -> Person Management
2. Terminate user
3. See error
