Compute Node Is Not Getting Created For JCS Load Balancer (Doc ID 2282925.1)

After creating a JCS instance with a load balancer,

the result appears to be successful,

but after some few minutes, there is no Load Balancer associated to JCS Service and no error messages of any kind.
