Fusion HCM: Core HR: How to provision a GSI environment with the HCM requirements?

Information under "Review Company Profile" implementation task is incorrect
With a new pod provisioned and following the R12 implementation guide (https://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/salescs_gs/FASMC/toc.htm) to set up this pod, the steps sare unclear using implementation project.
The Release 12 implementation guide states that the 3 tasks under the "Review Company Profile" folder in the implementation project (Manage Enterprise HCM Information, Search Legal Entities, and Manage Common CRM Business Unit Profile Options) should have already been completed by Oracle.
However, when comparing these tasks to the existing pod, it appears that these 3 tasks have NOT been completed. Due this, the implementation cannot be completed
How do we provision the pod which is GSI with the required HCM information?
