Symptoms

The Create Accounting program ends with a status of Error because one of its child processes failed.

Log:
The Create Accounting program ended with a status of Error because one of its child processes failed. Review the Create Accounting Program Execution Report with process identifier 45378 for the events processed and journal entries
created.

Create Acctg Subprocess log:

3 rows were inserted into table xla_accounting_errors.
