ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
What I want is to setup a default buyer at inventory oranization on Item Level, not the Masterr oranization.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Default Buyer should be enabled only for child organizations
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage items
2. Item Specifications
3. Purchasing -> Default buyer is grayed out for child organizations
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign defualt buyer to child organizations
