Symptoms

Notices are being received that a password is about to expire and that it can be changed at any time at https://bmik-vbp-idm.oracleindustry.com/identity.  When going to that link and trying to reset the password it states that it cannot be reset it until a certain day. Today's message is: IAM-3040034 : The password for user K**** cannot be changed before Fri Jun 30 15:08:07 GMT+00:00 2017.
