Performance issue while trying to access filter option in the My Team Evaluation page (Doc ID 2283315.1)

Symptoms

Facing performance issues on the performance management module. This is a problem on many pages. Below are some examples.

My Manager Evaluations page:
-You try to load/expand more employees to appear in list. System keeps running without processing transaction.
-You try to load/expand more documents for a TM in the page. System keeps running without processing transaction.
-You try to open up filter pop-up in performance page. System keeps running without opening filter options.

My Evaluations page:
-You try to load/expand more documents for self in the page. System keeps running without processing transaction.
-You try to open up filter pop-up in performance page. System keeps running without opening filter options.

Administrator configurations tasks:
- You try to create questionnaire and moving between steps in configuration keeps running without processing.
-You try to create performance template and system stops running when making changes in structure tab.
