Symptoms

The Migrate Net Income Configuration completed, but did not copy the data into the new movement member (it may have worked for journals though). The user believe this is causing the retained earnings prior calculation to produce an incorrect value leading to a large FCCS_Balance amount and the balance sheet being out of balance.
