Symptoms

Updating tasks with Activity % in Team member does not update schedule correctly when submitted and approved more than once per activity

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Project is prepped for Team Member updated based on Actual Start and Activity % Complete.
  2. First Update
    1. Team Member user Starts Activity with Start Button.
    2. Team Member User adjust Activity % Complete
    3. Team Member User Submits Changes to Scheduler
    4. Scheduler Approves Changes.
    5. Scheduler reviews and reports on Project. Results are Correct
  3. Second Update
    1. Team Member User adjust Activity % Complete
    2. Team Member User Submits Changes to Scheduler
    3. Scheduler Approves Changes.
    4. Scheduler reviews and reports on Project. Results are Not Correct
