Symptoms
When an Order Release XML has multiple GLogXMLElement elements, For example one each for Item, Location and Order Release. If the Order Release has a reference to the Item and Location elements. If the XML is processed into OTM Item and Location elements are processed but the Order Release fails to process with the following exceptions
