Oracle Fusion Benefits: Employee "Manage Salary " Screen is Locked and Worklist Not Showing Any Related Tasks/Approvals

Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Human Resources
Employee "Manage Salary " screen is locked, and Worklist not showing any related tasks/approvals
Issue: Manage Salary screen is locked and displaying the message:
“Changes to this data are pending approval. You cannot update this data until the approval completes.
Opened the Manage Salary change from Worklist by clicking on “Edit the transaction”
The task for the Manage Salary change is not showing in the Worklist.
Note: The change for the Manage Assignment change is in the Worklist and is showing as approval complete and the record is showing as updated and is not locked.
Change to Manage Employment updated successfully
Manage Salary locked
Worklist shows the record for the Manage Employment change (which completed approval), but the one for the Manage Salary Change is not showing and the Manage Salary record is still locked.
Steps leading up to the issue:
- Accessed the Manage Salary Change in the Worklist
- Clicked on “edit the transaction”
- Made a change to rate
- Clicked on “Submit”
- The Manage Salary screen is locked but there is nothing on the Worklist and no way to see the current approval status or know why the record is still locked.
