Customized Roles Users Can Not See Standard Objects after R12 Upgrade (Doc ID 2283791.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Production environment Customized roles Users can not see standard objects after upgrade.
Such a user is 0016004394 which has 3 Job Roles
1 - (Standard Role ) Employee
2 - (Standard Role) Resource
3 - (Custom) CHINA_VP3

CHINA_VP3 prior to R12 , it was providing access to standard objects of Contacts ; Accounts; Opportunity ; Lead

However user does see some of the other Standard Objects like Deal Registration
Issue happens for multiple users, customer doe snot know how many, they presume to be all users that relay on the custom roles to have access on standard objects mentioned so far

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should see the Standard Objects

STEPS
-----------------------
Log in with a user that has a custom object which prior to R11 was giving acces to standard objects
Notice now user can no longer see Contacts ; Accounts; Opportunity ; Lead

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users can not access standard objects of Contacts ; Accounts; Opportunity ; Lead
