Custom Sales Method does not appear among Opportunity Sales Method Field values (Doc ID 2283958.1)

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A new Business Unit was created and used to set a new sales method from task 'Manage sales method and sales stage', under a custom set, not the Common Set.
This new Sales method does not appear as a value on the Edit Opportunity page, in the Sales Method dropdown field


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Edit Opportunity > edit Sales Method field
2. custom Sales Method in Chinese is not displayed in the results, only the values created under the Common Set: Accelerated Sales Process, Line Set-Enabled Sales Process and Standard Sales Process


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the desired custom sales method on the opportunity page.
