After Login To P6 Professional Using Cloud Connect, No Data Is Displayed (For Example, Cannot See EPS, OBS, Projects, Etc) (Doc ID 2284002.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After first login to P6 Professional for Cloud Connect, all data is blank (there is no EPS, OBS, projects, etc. listed). 

However, after logging out of P6 Professional and logging back in, the data will appear the second time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Project data appears the first time logging into P6 Professional for Cloud Connect

STEPS TO DUPLICATE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Professional using Cloud Connect with client-side cache enabled
  2. Observer no project data appears
  3. Logout of P6 Professional and log back in
  4. Observe that project data appears
