XER File Import Completes Successfully But The Project Does Not Appear In The EPS.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The XER import process is completing without errors, but the project is not shown.
After the Import completes, the Project is available in the Projects list.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Import the XER file into P6 Pro client.
- Refresh and look for the Project.
