When select View Invoices button (Pdf ) the screen goes blank Only On IE11 (Doc ID 2284356.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Billing - Auto Invoice

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When choosing the option to  View invoice in Account receivables via (Receivables > Billing > Search (using looking glass icon) > Transaction number (input an invoice number)
Invoice shows on the screen
Press 'x' , screen) goes blank and closes the whole programme down.
I have tested this in Chrome,Firefox and IE where it works fine but as the business are using IE11 this is were the issue is occurring
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to cancel the pop-up without the screen turning blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Billing > Search (using looking glass icon) > Transaction number (input an invoice number)
2. Invoice shows on screen
3.Press close to close the pop-up

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue his work.
