Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Synchronization issue between Oracle Sales Cloud and Outlook

I'm having trouble while syncing Oracle Sales Cloud with Outlook.
I am not sure if it's because of the volume, but when it's syncing, Outlook stops responding and reboots itself.

[ERROR] [connector_site]: [11:10:13.483497],,{first chance exception}: struct synchronization::sync_storage::transport_error: Failed to send http request. Could not resolve server name or address
[ERROR] [Application Site]: Failed to recover form server for IPM.Contact.SalesCloud.Contact
[ERROR] [script]: OSC user email [example@example.com] is not equal to profile email [example1@example.com]


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Oracle Sales Cloud with Outlook;
2. Try to sync;
3. Error message pop up.
