Symptoms


Total Comp Statement Printable PDF not working 

Issue : We can create printable PDF in all environments, except Production

ERROR
-----------------------
Adobe Reader could not open 'TotalCompStatement.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compensation > Generated Statements
2. Click View Printable Statement
3. Click Open on Browser pop up
4. Error appears.
