Symptoms

Unable to save a new Account Rules for Receiving

After duplicating the existing Receiving Inspection account rule to a customer names rule, and entering the required data, when I Save and Close the error message is displayed;

 "A value is required in the Value column when the value type is an account rule, or source, or mapping set"
