Symptoms

Cannot access the retail execution mobile app - pages are returned as blank and an application error shows up upon initial sync and incremental sync

scenario 1

1 - log on to app

2 - sync process is started , data is downloaded

Error: Application error occurred. Contact your help desk.

1 - tap on sync icon - sync process is started
