Symptoms

A Back to Back (B2B) Transfer order has been created in Order Management. A supply order is generated by running the - Release Planning Recommendations - ESS Process. Supply Order Creation fails with an error:

Transit times were not found between the origin and destination locations.

 The error is observed when examining the Supply Order in Supply Order Orchestration.
