Domain:A421215 - Integration Is Timing Out While Activating

When activating an newly updated integration, it keeps timing out or it will just hang on the activation screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload changed Integration (iar file)
2. Attempt activation
3. Note hanging and No activation
